Orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Shipping times vary based on your location and the selected method at checkout.

• Expedited Shipping: 2-3 business days
• Free Shipping: Available on orders over $75 (continental US)

Returns & Refunds

We stand behind every product. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.

• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached
• Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days after we receive the return
• Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the buyer unless the item is defective or we made an error

Exchanges

Need a different size or color? Contact us at support@vibeflexsports.com within 14 days of delivery to arrange an exchange.

Defective or Damaged Items

If you receive a defective or damaged item, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We'll make it right — replacement or full refund, your choice.
